Description: Markon is seeking a Partnership and Engagement Advisor to support our IC customer. Responsibilities may include: Outreach and engagement within a functional area. Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders. Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia. Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan. Use the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners. Act as a technical liaison with partners. Facilitate and coordinates working group meetings and authors pots meeting reports and summaries of conclusion. Use NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services. Job Requirements Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph Requires BS years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience Strong written and oral communication skills required. PMP required Desired: Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired. Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience desired.
