Department Summary: We are currently seeking a Lead Technical Intelligence Analyst to join the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC), an organization that is unique to MITRE because: We are team of analysts, scientists, innovators, and engineers focused on delivering meaningful solutions to national security challenges

We are looking for talented problem solvers with a passion for adapting emerging academic and commercial technologies to develop cross-cutting innovative solutions for the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities. Roles & Responsibilities: A Lead Technical Intelligence Analyst is needed who will be responsible for following primary areas: Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact for multiple core government sponsors and foster strong integration between the team and the sponsor's mission.
Team Leadership: provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and quality control to a team of analysts.
Project Strategy and Management: develop and manage goals, deadlines, budgets, staffing, and use cases for your area of responsibility.
Development Team Coordination: work with the software development team on efforts to automate analyst workflows and integrate new tools. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams of 5 people or more, including mentoring and guiding teams to successful outcomes
Experience working in a creative environment that leverages cross-functional teams with analysts, technical developers, and data specialists
At least 5 years of experience with open-source research and data analysis, preferably including analysis of supply chains and/or emerging technology
Experience in East Asia regional studies and/or great powers competition
Experience managing relations with government stakeholders and defining and scoping requirements.
Experience working in the Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community
Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree
Mission experience related to China
Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Standard, or Mandarin language skill
