Dean Fluor is looking for aCustodial Supervisor job responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team utilizing systems to promote performance, establish clear expectations, promote staff growth and development, provide constructive feedback, recognize success, correct undesirable work performance, focus on employee success, and develop a cohesive team. - Monitor employee work hours to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, manage overtime, and approve time sheets. - Organize workflow and prioritize the work of staff for maximum efficiency. - Conduct facility inspections to determine safety and custodial needs. - Provide for and participate in the cleaning of all assigned facilities. - Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools needed to maintain facilities. - Be familiar with and follow all company policies and procedures. - Follow universal precautions and all work safety practice controls established by OSHA. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -High School diploma/GED coupled with ten (10) or more years experience in custodial work with supervisory experience. -Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance. -Must have basic computer skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. -Must have organizational skills. Abilities: Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Identify and understand the speech of another person.
