Job Number: R Cross Functional Team Lead
Key Role: Identify the customer's data source requirements and apply data reconnaissance techniques. Build analytical workflows and methodologies using these data sources and create or implement new or existing tools and capabilities. Combine information from multiple sources to help your client understand their mission environment more effectively. Grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with the intelligence community. Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our customers. This position requires travel of up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations to accommodate client needs. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with managing complex projects supporting DoD clients 5+ years of experience with managing a global team Experience with providing intelligence support to the spe cia l operations community Experience with intelligence systems, domains, and analytical tools Experience with developing high-quality deliverables tailored to clients, including tactical and strategic levels Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems Ability to travel up to 25% of the time CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed to accommodate client needs TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience as a policy analyst Experience in a change management role Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
