Job description

The Swift Group is looking for a Counterintelligence Officer in support of a program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will work as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the HUMINT operations mission. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment inside a government facility in the WMA. Key Responsibilities: Work with a team in support of blended operations Provide support for operations Draft correspondence and documentation Brief customer leadership on status Display a mastery of customer processes and approval boards Respond to written memos from the customer field offices Collaborate with other IC elements and stakeholders Required Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant work experience Demonstrated experience with customer tools and databases Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Desired Qualifications: Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices Formal CI training and/or certifications Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing Foreign languages skills MA/MS Degree The Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00 Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
