Drywall Project Manager

Location: Dumfries, VA

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Project Manager to join our team in Essex, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing drywall projects, from planning and coordination through execution and completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage drywall projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the drywall or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes, materials, and project management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
