Position Description: Primary representative responsible for all work under the contract. Provides planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract and associated PWS. This position manages and controls schedules and costs to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. The Program Manager ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures and provides recommendations for resolution of technical problems. Key Responsibilities: Oversight and management of the Technical Control Facility (TCF) support program including all requirements and performance standards specified within the PWS.
Working knowledge of a Technical Control Facility (TCF) including TCF operations and maintenance of encrypted and unencrypted communications equipment and associated data lines, administrative, technical, and maintenance services for hardware (including routers, switches and servers).
Working knowledge of communications and networking support for NIPRNet and SIPRNet
Knowledge of Government facilities and document management and ability to act as a backup resource for the facilities/records manager.
Knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD) plans, policies, standards, and methods. Participates in customer Multi-Function Team (MFT) meetings.
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
A BS Degree or equivalent experience is required.
An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
A CompTIA Security+ Certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a TCF and ability to backup technical control technicians.
