Job Title: Operational Risk Management Team (ORMT)
Program: I2AS (Identity Intelligence Analytic Support)
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Travel: Deployable - TBD
Security Clearance: TS/SCI The Bison Group is seeking a ORMT analyst to work on a contract at the NGIC (National Ground Intelligence Center) in Charlottesville, VA. Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Operational Risk Management Team (ORMT) provides asset validation and operational risk analysis on subjects of interest for forward-deployed customers using identity intelligence (I2) tradecraft and whole-of-person analysis. • In-depth screening and vetting. Provides operational recommendations and guidance supporting SOF. • Provides direct HUMINT support by analyzing operational products to provide detailed input to source validation panels to assist in the determination of current and future viability of sources including identifying potential counterintelligence concerns. Requirements:
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and / or web-enabled formats.
• This position requires a minimum of a 6-month deployment.
• Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis. Ideal Requirements:
• HUMINT Collection / Asset Validation / CI experience
