Responsibilities Responsibilities include maintaining the Windows and Database environments in AWS which hosts the COTS Primavera Project and Portfolio management software suite. Creating and maintaining all databases required for development, testing, training and production usage.
Providing administration of database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures.
Providing technical support to application development teams.
Communicating with Vendor(s) in respect to troubleshooting issues and requesting support.
Use applications residing in an EC2 instance with goals of leveraging high availability and scalability capabilities in the Cloud.
Maintain and patch the Oracle Primavera suite including Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (EPPM) and Oracle Portfolio Project Management (OPPM), the billing applications and reporting tools (Business Intelligence Publisher).
Administer and execute billing processes including billing statement creation and distribution.
Provide Oracle Primavera application support for the configuration, deployment, optimization and O&M of the services.
Administer access controls for EPPM, OPPM, BI Publisher and billing applications
Provide system troubleshooting as necessary.
Maintain and update system engineering documentation for the lifespan of the program.
Qualifications Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Database Oracle. Oracle RDS
Operating Systems: Linux and Windows Server
AWS hosting experience
DevOps Tools: Git Hub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant experience
Knowledge of customer's environment
