Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist will perform a wide variety of tasks relating to the incoming, outgoing shipments and Property Management of materials, merchandise or equipment. The Supply Chain Specialist duties will include receiving, shipping, property disposition, and inventory/asset management control of government and contractor materials and hardware/software components. The Supply Chain Specialist may interface with computer security to coordinate the sterilization of hardware and software scheduled for retirement, and process hardware retirement through the prescribed program processes. What You Will Do: Provide guidance for 3 programs for IT Procurement Asset Management office, ensuring teams follow and complete inventory plans.
Ensure all changes/discrepancies are updated accordingly in Help Now/Systems Applications Products.
Consolidate support documentation for Supply Chain Management Reviews as requested.
Assist with training in all aspects of property, providing input for instructional documentation and implementing processes.
Reviews the performance of clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies and equipment
Reviews the receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment
Updates tracking/management database
Supports the move equipment between facilities
Maintain consumable stock levels
Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities
Participates in special projects as required. Qualifications You Must Have: Associate degree
2 years' experience shipping and receiving material 2 years' experience in the tracking of property Must have active and transferable U.S. government issued and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI with C.I. polygraph clearance , is required, U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."
Must have a valid driver's license
Qualifications We Prefer: 8+ years of inventory management experience

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
