Title:
Software Asset Manager Seeking a Software Asset Manager to support related business processes with Corporate IT Procurement. The right candidate will be able to work independently and function effectively as part of a team. The individual should have strong organization skills and an eagerness to learn. Responsibilities : • Monitor, track, and support all licenses and maintenance agreements for deployment compliance on all networks • Receive, control, issue, and perform configuration management duties for all controlled software and associated documentation • Document all software license details to include type of software, version, number of licenses authorized and in use, procurement and costing data, software expiration date, customer POCs, etc. • Interface with software vendors to facilitate account establishment, software downloads, key generation, quote requests, and software activation troubleshooting Desired Qualifications: • Associates degree; however, experience can be substituted for the degree. • Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large scale IT domains • Experience in the IC Community Security Requirement: • Active TS/SCI CI Poly KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
