SIPR UEM Systems Administrator Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a UEM Systems Administrator to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The candidate will join a team of admins providing support of Intune managed devices along with managing and advanced troubleshooting of endpoints and user issues in the SIPR environment. On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of escalation from field services across the globe for all issues related to the approved mobile devices (phones/tablets) and Windows imaged computers or managed applications. In this role, you will be responsible for following approved SOPs for known issues, as well as dynamic troubleshooting of new issues as they are reported, documenting resolutions, and creating new SOPs. This will regularly involve collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to properly identify issues, document, and test resolutions. Implementing and maintaining UEM solutions across various devices and platforms (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets).
Managing the entire lifecycle of endpoints, including deployment, configuration, updates, and retirement.
Developing and enforcing security policies for all managed devices to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to endpoint devices.
Monitoring system performance and generating reports on device status, usage, and compliance.
Coordinating with other IT teams to integrate UEM solutions with existing infrastructure (e.g., network, security, applications).
Managing mobile device enrollment, app distribution, and content management.
Conducting regular audits of endpoint inventory and maintaining accurate records.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.
Providing technical support and training to end-users on endpoint-related issues.
Automating endpoint management tasks where possible to improve efficiency.
Participating in disaster recovery planning and testing for endpoint systems.
Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance across all endpoints.
Remediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching. High level troubleshooting of common applications and their interactions with the underlying operating systems. Troubleshoot reported issues/incidents from end users and field support Engage with engineering teams as necessary to field solutions
Track all relevant SLA/SLRs and provide reports as required Collaborate with DAF enterprise and program security teams to ensure requirements are met Communicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers. Qualifications: Required: 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
Must have DoD Secret clearance
DoD 8140 compliance certification
Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates Experience working in a DoD environment Proficiency in operating systems for End Point Devices
Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM)
Familiarity with cloud services and technologies
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Familiarity with STIG requirements and cybersecurity best practices
Familiarity with ITILv4 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work in a team environment

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
