Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Senior Technology Consultant - Application Architect joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Chantilly, VA. Blackspoke is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of Senior Functional Consultant in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate works well with a team and has the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications and information technology concepts. This role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP solutions. As a functional consultant you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality What you will be working on:
As a Senior Technology Consultant - Application Architect, you will: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance. Serve as a liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders. Design and develop new functions or improve existing ones. Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience. Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities. Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files. Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure they meet stated requirements. Provide technical support to end users and help them troubleshoot issues with software applications. What you will bring to us (Must): 3-5 years of experience working as part of a team as a consultant. Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google). Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Required undergraduate university degree, or equivalent training and job experience. US Citizenship required.
