Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Perform Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/Credentialing Systems/Services.
Provide support services to oversee the engineering, implementation, operation, and maintenance of credentialing capabilities. This includes any components and/or authentication technologies that are utilized as part of a method to provide a credential that can be utilized for authentication and/or identity attestation, PKI, and/or as part of a multifactor authentication capability. Support required governance and audit activities of the PKI System, and any other credentialing system, where requested or required.
Ensure the protection of cryptographic modules against theft, loss, and unauthorized use by storing them in approved security containers, and/or by adhering to appropriate security practices.
Supporting the build out of enterprise PKI/credentialing backend infrastructures
Engineering and assisting with engineering PKI/credentialing solutions
Planning and executing the consolidation and convergence of existing standalone PKI/credentialing services
Supporting and maintaining PKI/credentialing operations
Supporting the certificate authority (CA) service design and implementation
Any support service necessary to deliver the engineering, implementation, operation and/or management of credentialing products, capabilities, services and/or processes.
Perform essential administrative roles for the credentialing program and perform the Master User, Certification Authority (CA) Officer, and/or other roles to maintain the CAs, ensure certificate generation and revocation, control and manage cryptographic modules, and perform other tasks necessary to administer the credentialing system(s).
Provide escalated Tier-4 support for the program/system infrastructure.
Monitor, update, and track the Tier-4 ticket queue in accordance with the SLA metrics.
Assist users, other solver groups, and stakeholders with resolving Tier-4 incidents and problems.
Engineer, administer, maintain, and utilize systems and applications related to digital rights and PKI infrastructure.
Complete projects using Agile processes and methods and Confluence tools.
Update SOPs, user training FAQs, and other documentation as needed.
Support the change management procedures, including testing and hardening systems for Certification and Accreditation (C&A). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Top-Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
