Title: Senior RPA Developer
Location: Chantilly, VA Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Security Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing complex automation solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and other similar platforms. This role requires a Top Secret SCI clearance and a willingness to work onsite. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement advanced automation processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and others.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve existing automation systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other IT systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct data analytics to measure automation impacts and identify further improvement areas.
• Leverage NLP and OCR technologies and packages for intelligent automation processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in RPA development.
• Proven experience with RPA tools like UiPath, PowerAutomate, or similar.
• Certification in UiPath and PowerAutomate.
• Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a government or defense environment with active Top Secret SCI clearance.
