Description Join a winning team SAIC's National Security and Space (NSS) Sector is currently hiring to advance space capabilities supporting our Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community customers. Ten miles from the SAIC headquarters, our Chantilly, VA team supports systems development, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration and more. This position is for Program Schedule Analyst for a large, multi-year contract supporting a cutting-edge and innovative space program. Be part of a highly effective and collaborative front office team responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our staff and our program. Role Responsibilities The Program Schedule Analyst supports a large, highly technical team providing schedule analysis support to multiple satellite missions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Analyze multiple large developer and supplier schedules to assess critical paths and opportunities to shorten delivery schedules. Report schedule risk at multiple levels of the project schedule. Coordinate with schedule owners to streamline schedule management and promote best practices that seek to improve leaderships understanding of critical schedule dependencies. Coordinate with Program Managers to aggregate schedule information into Mission-focused executive schedules that reflect the interdependencies across multiple projects. Proactively partner with Program Managers and Support Teams to address urgent gaps and resolve challenges that impact the program. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. At least 4 years experience in project scheduling or schedule analysis. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience. Advanced MS Project and analysis tools expertise. Experience in analyzing Agile software development schedules. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), focused on schedule metrics (e.g., SPI). Effective interpersonal skills (across multiple groups, offices, and organizations). Effective communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with limited direct supervision. Desired Qualifications: Experience in EVM as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or schedule assessor. Experience working in a Satellite development program in a Govt Program Office or Prime developer.
