Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an active TS/SCI CI Poly Cleared ISSE to join a government agency located in Chantilly, VA through 100% on-site work. The ISSE will be responsible for establishing Information Assurance standards, validating security requirements and regulating policies/procedures. Responsibilities of the ISSE include: Create Information Assurance standards and regulations Establish Information Assurance, and system security requirements Perform technical security assessments on active environments Identify risks and vulnerabilities, and create mitigations strategies Review Accreditation Process (ICD 503), and NIST Risk Management Framework Apply systems security engineering expertise Qualifications for the ISSE include: 7+ years of experience as an ISSE supporting federal programs. Strong knowledge of RMF NIST 800-53 and ICD 503 frameworks Experience with compliance tools and conducting Information Assurance for highly classified systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline. (Additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.) Security+, CISSP or equivalent is required. Must have an Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Compensation for the ISSE include: Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.
