SAIC is seeking to fill an opening for a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Federal Civil Engagement Representative. The ideal candidate will facilitate Federal Civil engagement within the NRO and shall have experience working across the Intelligence Community interfacing with the Civil Applications Committee (CAC) member community to include IC, Law Enforcement and Homeland Security related elements. Make a difference in securing our nation's security through quality Outreach of NRO's tools and capabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The ideal representative will perform engagements across the Intelligence Community utilizing customer domain experience / expertise across all disciplines. Support insertion of FC requirements and aid in the use of NRO capabilities in support of FC mission requirements. Provide support to military and civilian agencies within and outside the IC, primarily at the national and higher headquarters levels. Function as the NRO focal point for federal civil user engagement. Support Federal Civil entry point for NRO support and user requirements ID crossflow. Promulgate/facilitate NRO capabilities to the federal civil and related communities. Integrate federal civil requirements to the NRO enterprise. Executes customer strategic messaging, user needs tracking, business intelligence and data metrics capture, and customer relationship management and monitoring. Frequent interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. Bachelor's degree and 9+ year's professional related experience. Must be highly self-motivated; strong technical and leadership background; professional and tactful under pressure; effective negotiation and diplomatic skills. Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, for coordinated communications with organization and representatives throughout the IC and DOD, including senior military and government civilian personnel and contractors. Understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain, along with a strong Proven experience with technical fundamentals in IC space collectors, command and control, mission control, and mission processing. Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment. Customer focused and capable of representing the customer in community forums. Knowledge of SIGINT and GEOINT remote sensing systems, protection, and overall space and ground architecture including mission management and/or mission processing functions.
