Great Hill is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to support our internal efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Lead company-wide programs with broad impact, liaising with corporate support teams to drive the delivery of projects and tasks on time. Guide teams through regular planning process, facilitating the delivery of services, aligning dependencies with teams such as HR, Finance, and Legal and promptly resolve multi-functional issues. Manage contracts (finance and resources), assess and mitigate risks, and supervise program team members. Interface with on-site program managers to resolve project or technical issues Serve as the primary or secondary contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative and Contracting Officer. Ensure work complies with the contracts' requirements and quality standards. Identify, track and mitigate all issues within the programs. Own regular status reporting for the teams and sometimes escalating to various levels of leadership. Facilitate meetings, workshops, retrospectives, and other program ceremonies. Build positive relationships with the program team members and partners. Devote effort towards making processes simpler, clearer, and better every day. Facilitate continuous improvement in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services provided and integrate problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of workforce efficiency. Review and prepare financial reports and invoices as applicable. Support business development activities, as needed. Some travels to customer sites may be required. Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of federal program experience. Knowledge of Program Management methodologies (ex. PMBOK) Experience with program management practices, reporting, and quality guidelines. Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates. Knowledge of qualifying and maturing processes given internal and external requirements Experience in identifying and calculating inherent risks, determining their impact, and providing appropriate mitigation planning. Strong, demonstrable facilitation skills, with a knack for building bridges between teams across multiple locations. Experience working across multiple programs simultaneously.
