HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: The selected candidate will primarily serve as the coordinator of and facilitator for the workshops
Shall run two training programs to include facilitation, registration, updating training materials, classroom coordination, and course communication
Previous experience as a facilitator or briefer is required
Strong demonstrated customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required
Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality within the office
Knowledge of Federal, Agency and Human Resources regulations, policies, and unique Agency authorities in order to address organizational/business issues and questions is desired
Must prepare for one day, quarterly course (Planning Responsibly by Educating People for All Retirement Endeavors)
Every 1 or 2 years, there is the potential that a workshop will be offered in the field and will require travel for usually 1 business week WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
The position requires High School Diploma and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
On days with scheduled classes, there is no flexibility on hours, as the class must be supported between 08:30-16:00, as well as set-up and take down for the workshop
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
