Acquisition Analyst

We are targeting a Top-Secret SCI CI Poly-cleared Acquisition Analyst to support a government intelligence agency based in Chantilly, VA. Key Skills/Requirements:
• Preparing Government acquisition/contracting documents (e.g. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents like SOWs, Section L, Section M)
• Supporting program approvals, releasing RFPs, participating in source selection
• Prior NRO contracts expertise e.g., former NRO COTR, DAWIA COTR
• Support primarily focused on O&M contracts The Senior Acquisition Technical Analyst shall apply the principles, theories, methods, and application of the NRO acquisition management process and its administration, which encompasses the following: • IC or DoD Acquisition Management of Major Systems.
• Technical experience with complex satellite systems, including satellite and ground system components is required. • Prepare compliant acquisition management documentation to support or administer all acquisition management program reviews and milestones outlined in NRO Business Function 10 or directed by the D/NRO, including document support for key Milestones decisions as well as the development of requirements and transition of programs to operations • Prepare, coordinate, perform quality control activities and assist the Government in executing/completing all correspondence (official), acquisition documentation, presentations, and meeting planning IAW the NRO principles, functions, and procedures • Collaborate with Mid-level, senior acquisition managers, the NRO enterprise, and team members on detailed analyses of selected ongoing and proposed projects and/or programs for acquisition management controls needed to ensure the successful accomplishment of mission requirements • Oversee BPO Statement of Assurance activities
