ARC is looking for a Senior Product Manager (ARC Corporate Intelligence) to join our team. In this role, you will create the product lifecycle strategy and vision of ARC Corporate Intelligence product to manage and grow a product or a group of products that have significant impact on ARC's financial and strategic performance. In coordination with the Senior Manager, Product Management, the Sr. Product Manager managesthe P&L and help drive the strategy for the Corporate Intelligence product at the company. You will understand the data processing technology, APIs, data models and cloud infrastructure / tools leveraged by the product team. Additionally, you will manage products across multiple customer groups and/or manages products that differ in their product team staffing approach (e.g., internal/partnership), delivery mode (e.g., data feed/web based), or functionality (e.g., Analytics/ Insights/Interactions). This role will lead and/or be involved in industry initiatives that drive changes to how customers exchange data and interact with ARC systems. You will be responsible for all aspects of product management including, but not limited to product roadmaps, implementation, and management of cross functional supporting teams, and will draw on past experiences to identify and support ARC revenue objectives. Lastly, you will effectively partner with both internal and external stakeholders and senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the product are met and deliver the desired business value.

What You'll Get to Do
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to budgeting, define the product roadmap, guide the delivery team, and deploy solutions to customers.

Manage the product P&L including product revenue and expense forecasting, industry value propositions and continuous review of profit and loss with re-forecasting when necessary.

Work with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, providing guidance on the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.

Convey the product vision and priorities to the Product Owner to ensure a common understanding of the needs of the product work with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize product features for inclusion in build roadmaps.

Keep abreast of changes within the travel industry to anticipate changes impacting our customers and opportunities for ARC to enhance products or provide new products and services.

Seek opportunities to optimize industry policies, processes, and procedures and incorporate associated changes into ARC products.

You'll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

7+ years experience in product management.

Must be able to develop deep knowledge of ARC customers and users and their processes and apply this knowledge to manage new and existing products and services.

Own the product P&L associated with each assigned product and opportunity area, including revenue, cost, and profit targets.

Drive rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches in close collaboration with Product Development, Operations, Marketing and Customer Success stakeholders.

Have experience with Amazon Web Services, APIs, and ARC's technical product development architectures.

Have experience with and expertise in product release strategies and tactics (including operational readiness), including developing required plans and documentation.

Excellent analytical, planning, facilitation, documentation and communication skills.

Understand customer business processes; drive optimizations; ensure product flows support processes.

Knowledge of payments compliance requirements like PCI, SCA. PSD2, 3DS2.

Knowledge of card brand interchange qualifications and guidelines preferred.

Familiarity with payment processing infrastructures, tokenization, compliance, and settlement.
