The Opportunity: As an Operations Analyst, you're passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing and developing recommendations for a creative solution. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team of analysts and data scientists, you'll apply analytic te chn iques such as optimization, simulation, machine learning, statistical analysis, and multi-objective decision analysis, to deliver solutions and inform senior Department of Defense ( DoD ) leadership decisions. You won't go at it alone, you'll work alongside our team of experienced data scientists and operations research analysts to c ond uct research, collaborate with stakeholders, develop solutions, and prepare visualizations to help develop cutting edge capabilities and address pressing issues for the DoD. You Have: Experience c ond ucting data analysis on complex sets of quantitative data
Experience with object-oriented programing languages such as Python, R, or Java
Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and develop analytics to support a variety of client problems
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and diverse environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
