The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your strategic, tactical, and te chn ical munitions background to work on the development of Insensitive Munitions Strategic Plans ( IMSP ) and Plans of Action and Milestones ( POA & M ) for identified priority munitions for the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force. You'll analyze, assess, plan, and support the Joint Services Insensitive Munitions Te chn ical Panel ( JSIMTP ) mission and facilitate Quarterly Meetings. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate processes, and maintain Department of Defense ( DoD ) Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP ) for IMSP and POA & M improvement. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes related to Insensitive Munitions. You'll impact the work we do for the warfighter and the solutions we deliver for defense planning, national security, and the national defense strategy. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 4+ years of experience with munitions and artillery such as fuzes or fuzing te chn ology
4+ years of experience working with the DoD, developing executive-level briefings and deliverables
Experience c ond ucting strategic communication activities involving Service PEOs, PMs, and industry
Experience developing written products, information papers, and presentations
Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for senior-level clients on te chn ical, policy , or functional issues
Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: 6+ years of experience working with or supporting the DoD
Knowledge of DoD weapon systems
TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
