Job description

Duties You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows using low code or no code platforms You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions to streamline business processes and improving efficiency. You will configure and customize automation workflows, data integrations, and business rules. You will develop custom scripts to enhance automation capabilities as needed and coordinate deployment of automation solutions into production environments. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and changes. Provides regular progress reports and status updates. You will collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to ensure successful project delivery and participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. You will identify how application modifications or new applications affect current applications; prepares cost analysis; establishes target completion dates; and prioritizes proposed changes or developments. You will develop, plans and schedules, estimating project and special assignment resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) designing and deploying SharePoint Online sites. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Cyberspace Workforce level Intermediate within 12 months of appointment. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. In-depth knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications usingPower Apps. Expertise in creating automated workflows, managing approvals, and integrating with other services using Power Automate. Advanced skills in building interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to analyze data and provide insights using Power BI. Proficient in designing and developing websites and portals using Microsoft Power Pages. Knowledge of security and authentication best practices within Power Pages. Ability to create and manage content, templates, and themes within Power Pages. GS-5 through GS-15 (or equivalent): For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. An annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous learning must be documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor.
