We are currently seeking a Journeyman FMS Program Analyst to join our team supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia. What you'll do: The FMS Program Analyst will provide programmatic acquisition and financial management support for FMS cases in the F-35 Joint Program Office, supporting Singapore. Responsibilities: Provide acquisition management support for FMS cases throughout the case lifecycle
Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the customers' financial situation in accordance with their signed LOA
Develop and brief material to senior client leadership.
Track, analyze, and report on financial data using Microsoft Excel
Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items
Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations
Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients Qualifications: At least three of six total years of experience providing financial and/or acquisition management support for foreign military sales (FMS) programs in DOD program offices
Knowledge of federal acquisition program lifecycles, requirements, and regulations
Ability to develop and brief material to senior client leadership
Knowledge of DoD operational and administrative chains of command, including relationships between the various government offices, military services, and defense agencies and field activities Experience with program and project financial management or contracting environments. Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and their effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Active DOD SECRET security clearance
Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
