Job Description: We are seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to maintain the Company's personnel, industrial, and physical security, be the Company's liaison with DCSA, and perform administrative duties which include managing the Insider Threat program, the security training requirements and other duties as needed. Responsibilities include: Assist with the maintaining of employee personnel security clearance and visit requests matters in DISS and NBIS Assist with the maintaining of company security files in NISS / ISFD / DCSA Manage Insider Threat Program Interface with the assigned regional DCSA Representatives for inspections and other related issues Maintain DCSA compliant Insider Threat Program Maintain Company profile and submit required reports in NISS Administer personnel security indoctrinations and debriefs Manage and report on company-wide security education and training Prepare, track, and monitor classified contracts DD-254s Here's what you need: Completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facility Curriculum course Completed the Insider Threat Program Management Personnel Program course Experience with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency ( DCSA) policies and procedures. 3+ years of experience with DoD Facility Security Knowledge of 32 CFR 117 NISPOM, SEAD 3, and the application as a DoD contractor Knowledge of SCIF management and security operations Experience working with the Government to obtain/update DD-254 security requirements Experience conducting employee onboarding/off boarding: security briefings, and clearance processing Experience working within NISS, DISS, and NBIS Knowledge of NIPR, SIPR, FlankSpeed, and Nautilus processes Experience hosting classified briefings Experience managing an Insider Threat Program Experience in facility accreditation and management for Closed Access Areas and classified data storage.
