Asset Management Analyst Lead Position Code 0702 Work Location Arlington, VA Security Clearance Top Secret/SCI Provide support the government customer by providing expertise and support for the asset management and personal property functions as they are presented. Coordinate with Accountable Property Officers to receive, inventory, account for, maintain records of, and assist in the disposal of all customer assets within and outside the National Capital Region (NCR). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise other team members. Must be able to develop requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for asset management. Responsible for the daily and long-term management of software, IT hardware, and other personal property assets within the organization. Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management. Must be able to develop requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for asset management. Responsible for the daily and long-term management of software, IT hardware, and other personal property assets within the organization. Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Responsible for the overall management of the task order and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems, including the development of conceptual systems requirements; systems integration requirements; systems phasing plan; business application consultation; problem tracking/management; and preparation and delivery of deliverables. Possess expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Have the ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plan and lead asset management related assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple asset management related assignments. Develop requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for asset management. Responsible for the daily and long-term management of software, IT hardware. Utilizing the DHS approval system of record, Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database will track assets throughout their lifecycles. Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management. Possess expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plan and lead major asset management related assignments. Act as the single point of contact for the customer Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES: Experience in utilizing the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) EDUCATION: Must have bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience or an associate's degree and 8 to 10 years of experience.
