All Source (CT) Analyst - Senior Location Virginia, Crystal City Department OPERATIONS Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify an All Source (CT) Analyst -Seniorwho will be seated in Crystal City, VA. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT : Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access and Polygraph; Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in DISS and be within scope (5 - Years); Exceptional candidates without a Polygraph will be considered and a Polygraph will be administered. RESPONSIBILITIES Team Lead working with CCMD on-site and off-site personnel ensuring client equities are addressed Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in classification and declassification Perform security classification/declassification reviews for a variety of documents, i.e., reviewing classified information to identify all information that is classified and the level of classification based on the classification guidance of the DoD Component Original Classification Authorities (OCAs) or their Government representatives REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience for a total of seventeen (17) years in lieu of a Master's Degree Twelve (12) years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years Possess strong background in classification and declassification and act as team lead working with CCMD on-site and off-site personnel ensuring USCENTCOM equities are addressed. Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; brief materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Work independently with minimal oversight; provide thorough and completed products Exceptional oral and written communication skills Flexibility to travel to USSOUTHCOM Headquarters (Miami, FL) or Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Valid US Passport IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
