Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will lead activities in support of the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) capability and program management to include the planning and documentation of experiments and exercises that will inform capability delivery. The candidate will design and update schedules and product roadmaps. The candidate will also perform requirements planning, support requirements package development, produce reports and critically analyze data, and develop and maintain business process rules. Responsibilities: Leads activities in support of the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) capability and program management to include the planning and documentation of experiments and exercises that will inform capability delivery. Designs and updates schedules and product roadmaps. Defines test and evaluation (T&E) criteria, measures of effectiveness, and threshold/objectives for assessing capability maturity and delivery against cost, schedule, and performance. Leads the AI2 Office in performing gap analysis, analysis of cost schedule and performance drivers and a roadmap for the Integrated Acquisition Portfolio Review (IAPR), plan and document the entire IAPR lifecycle. This shall include supporting engineering studies to assess the readiness of the technology, evaluating risk factors including technical maturity, reliability, and suitability. Leads the AI2 Office in the development of system interdependencies, analysis of alternatives, Department of Defense Instructions (DODI), acquisition recommendations and/or updates, joint capability documents, and technology readiness assessments. Research Government and commercial sources to determine the suitability of systems components to be used, taking into consideration any associated life cycle support issues (i.e., obsolete or end of life components). Supports quarterly Program Management Reviews across the organization's Portfolios, facilitation, and liaison roles, as well as execution support. Supports the Government with gathering requirements, planning, and assist in oversight of the project cost, schedule, and technical performance of the respective project. Assists other team members in other tasks and initiatives as needed to accomplish the overall mission. Requirements: 10-15+ years of experience Extensive knowledge and experience with the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) capability and program management Experience planning and documentation of experiments and exercises that will inform capability delivery. Experience designing and updating schedules and product roadmaps. Experience defining test and evaluation (T&E) criteria, measures of effectiveness, and threshold/objectives for assessing capability maturity and delivery against cost, schedule, and performance. Experience leading and managing teams Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message. Highly motivated professional and capable of managing demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing priorities Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage. Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS Teams, Excel and Outlook application skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or field Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field. Security Pre-Requisite: To be considered, must have a Current/Active TS/SCI clearance Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
