Job Title: Accountant

Location(s): Arlington, VA

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

2-4 years of progressive accounting experience.

Previous experience managing IRS Audits>.

Preferred Skills:

CPA or equivalent.

Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or similar company.

Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Aptitude for information technology.

Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Performance indicators:

Attention to detail (being able to spot or identify info in a document)

Being able to go beyond

Being trust worthy
