SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: ANSER is seeking a Senior Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help with the development, implementation, and administration of a cyber workforce program. The ideal candidate will have experience developing human capital management and/or workforce development strategies and program metrics. Day to day activities may include: Assisting with the implementation of workforce-wide development opportunities Identifying and leveraging lessons learned to improve the program Supporting development of a workforce strategy Developing and implementing processes to track progress towards meeting program goals.
