Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center. Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of space management policy, standards, and procedures
Assisting with the acquisition of additional space/facilities
Assisting in the development of long-range plans to achieve efficient facilities utilization
Assisting in the development of space plans, drawings, and renovation specifications to plan, construct, or renovate spaces
Assisting in the oversight of construction projects
Communicating with various levels of management regarding project schedule, status, and funding
Assisting in the conduct of project meetings with various service providers and stakeholders Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years' of experience in construction project management Experience with the concepts of space resource and asset management Experience reviewing and commenting on design intent and construction drawings Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment as a team player Ability to read and interpret floor plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
