Position Overview: ANSER is actively hiring a Senior Program Management Analyst for Biodefense Governance to work full-time/onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs (OASD(NCB . The person in this role will assist the OASD(NCB) by providing program management support to the Biodefense Council Secretariat. Responsibilities: Support oversight, planning, and execution of Biodefense Council meetings. Establish and maintain workplans for the Biodefense Council. Lead the coordination of Biodefense Governance taskings within the OASD(NCB). Establish protocols and standard operating procedures for Biodefense Council products, such as read-aheads, meeting agendas, talking points, etc. Integrate Biodefense Council products and taskings and support coordination within the DoD. Perform content review of all Biodefense Council products. Coordinate staff actions originating from the OASD(NCB) related to the Biodefense Council. Support the administration and scheduling of Biodefense Council meetings, as needed. Required Qualifications: Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance. Must have a Master's degree and 15+ years of related experience OR 23+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Possess strong organizational skills. Experience working with and briefing senior DoD leaders. Adept at communicating and distributing information at all levels within an organization. Experience with the MS365 Suite, including Teams and SharePoint. Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED): Experience working biodefense efforts within the DoD. Experience working in support of DoD Governance bodies. Experience using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
