Security Assistance Program Support Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Required 5-year experience performing Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) security assistance support in a DoD facility 1 year experience supporting a Command Security Officer in an Advice and Assist role TS/SCI Job Objective The purpose of the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Support Task Order is to provide subject matter expertise to conduct strategic studies and assessments for the analysis, assessment, and synchronization of the Unified Command Plan CWMD mission for USSOCOM to synchronize the global DoD CWMD mission more effectively. Responsibilities Provide security program expertise support Provide daily security assistance program support and coordination in a wide range of security functional areas that include personnel, physical, information, and general security administration. Advises on and assures compliance with established security procedures and policies and coordinates command security requirements as required. Assist the Command Security Officer in overseeing DoD foreign disclosure procedures and policies and recommend feasible and effective command Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) related policies and procedures. Advise and assist the Command Security Officer in the development, and implementation of the Command security program (i.e., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Command Instructions, maintain databases, etc.). Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders. Perform escort duty for cleaning crew and construction crew in support of SOCOM J10 when required."
