Inova Alexandria is looking for an experienced RN to join their postpartum unit as a Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor. This is a full-time, day shift position.

The Inova Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor is a front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit. A role model who leads by example in making patient experience a priority. Engaged team member who is empowered to support our people priority by providing genuine acts of caring, appreciation, recognition, coaching, mentoring and encouragement to all members of the care team.

Requirements

Experience: At least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience; Prefer more than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience specific to the focus of nursing unit

Education: BSN or MSN preferred; open to Associate Degree RNs but must complete their BSN within one year of hire. Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within the first 90 days of employment.

Certification: AHA BLS

Pay: $44.00 - $74.00 per hour
