Position Title: Mid-Senior Deliberate Planner Location: Springfield, VA Position Description: Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Senior Deliberate Planner to join a dynamic and high-performing team supporting deliberate and crisis planning processes. A successful candidate should have experience in developing Joint Training Plans, and identifying and updating training objectives from approved plans in coordination with the respective customers and participants, identifying existing and/or emerging exercise and advance training opportunities in which training objectives may be fulfilled, matching training objectives with identified exercise/advanced training opportunities, and compiling all data into a presentation for senior leadership review and approval. Essential Functions Prepare, Plan, and Integrate support into customer planning, exercises, training, and operations activities.
Integrate activities into the joint planning cycle supporting customer needs.
Provide subject matter expertise to outside organizations in support of operations and exercise planning coordination and deconfliction.
Support development, deployment and execution of plans and operations orders.
Prepare various reports, presentations and documentation as needed.
Support development and coordination of space operations guidance and intent.
Plan, organize and direct space operations planning programs.
Works under minimal supervision to set objectives for work environment.
Leverage operations center communications contracts to coordinate operational processes, best practices, doctrine, and procedures.
Work will be primarily conducted at in Springfield, VA at the customer site, with potential for travel within the United States and potentially overseas to support program execution.Required Qualifications Familiarity with Department of Defense and National space systems and associated products/services delivered to end customers
Strong background in Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels of Joint Publication 5-0 (JP-5-0)
Experience using JP-5-0 in current, deliberate, and exercise planning scenarios
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-energy environment with constantly shifting priorities
Must have experience with Joint Operations and Joint Planning Process
Familiarity with Mission Protection functionPreferred Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role within a high-performing team, supporting space operations and mission/product support
Strong communication and coordination skills with experience working with both Government and Contractor professionalsClearance Requirement Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Education Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
