Our client has an opening for a Management Consultant to provide business process improvement and change management consulting to the Navy. The right candidate will have three to six years of Federal/DoD/Big 4 consulting that includes change management, data analysis, and/or business process improvement. The ideal candidate will also have an active or current DoD security clearance. Our client will consider candidates that do not have a clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This role is hybrid with two days a MONTH in the office, periodic meetings at the Washington Naval Yard, and some travel. Desired Skills & Experience:
• Preferred, DoD Secret Clearance or higher;
• US Citizen;
• Bachelor's Degree;
• 3-5 years of management consulting, business transformation, and/or change management experience;
• Proven ability to evaluate policies and procedures and determine compliance, identify gaps in existing SOPs, and recommend improvements;
• Proficiency in project management skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Why our client?

• Develop reports, briefing materials, and plans in MS Office, coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, and develop visualizations to highlight key data;
• Evaluate current SOPs and develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs);
• Gather, analyze, and interpret information to develop briefings, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership;
• Manage individual tasks to meet project milestones, analyze task lists to provide appropriate progress and status updates, independently research topics to gather knowledge and better understanding;
• Manage competing priorities and multiple tasking;
