Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire an IMT Logistics Analyst to support our government client, onsite, in Alexandria, VA. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance to be considered for this position and be analytical thinkers to proactively assist the needs of the FPS IMT. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Acting as the liaison between the Incident Management Team (IMT) and the Federal Protective Services (FPS) regions - Maintaining databases/roster of certifications held by the team - Supporting the policy development for FPS IMT - Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action item tracking - Preparing status reports and other reporting items as needed - Supporting development and implementation of the policies, processes, and platforms enhancing effective information sharing and information access - Providing technical writing and editing - Designing, constructing, and populating internal repositories regarding equipment assignments (computers, projectors, cables, power strips, etc.) to the IMT - Ability to lift 40 lbs - Ability to travel/commute within the DC metro region - Identifying mission-critical information sharing and information access requirements for stakeholders and propose technical solutions to address - Developing training materials and user guides while providing training support to mission partners and platform users - Ability to accommodate shift work which may require working nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7x365 shift environment, as needed - Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client - Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING - Bachelor's degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - Five or more years of professional experience - Holds an ACTIVE Secret Clearance - Ability to obtain a DHS Suitability - Experience working in a 24x7x365 shift environment - Ability to perform job duties independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient technical writer - Ability to lift 40 lbs - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to think analytically DESIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS - Experience with Microsoft SharePoint - Previous logistics/helpdesk experience
