Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Functional Requirements Analyst / DOTMLPF-P Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Identify and recommend portfolio priorities and activities across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum to address gaps/threats and articulate portfolio recommendations for investments, divestments, or sustainment. Provide support developing and presenting executive level products including SES-level briefings and correspondence. Ability to collect and analyze data from current (as-is) capability portfolio and gather inputs from government employees with specialized knowledge of systems and programs of record. Coordinate for and participate in analysis and assessment activities to determine future requirements. Interface with relevant DoD and non-DoD mission partners Brief analytical results to senior DoD leadership to include Provide knowledge of current and future architecture and integration capabilities to include Level 3 Integration of Concepts, Organizational Assessments for all Service echelons, Concept of Operations, DOTMLPF-P assessments and experiments. Partners with Component ZTRA Subject Matter Experts and ZT Functional Management Offices (FMOs) to modernize historical policies, incorporating ZT equities. Develop and maintain a ZTRA visibility & analytics security policy positions to accommodate mission, technology, and threat drivers Liaise with other zero trust reference architecture practitioners to share best practices and insights Liaises with the department vendor management (VM) teams to manage the commercial capabilities and future horizons Promotes the zero-trust reference architecture business vision Prepares for adoption by assessing the organization's change readiness Conducts an environment scan to identify potential challenges for stakeholders, such as skills gaps, doubts, and uncertainties, to foster a positive acceptance of change Promotes change management plans (training and orientation) to influence stakeholders Undertakes in-depth research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, doctrine, and campaign assessments for ZTRA at the DoD enterprise level, identifying gaps and suggesting policy improvements. Collaborates across a wide range of stakeholders to include non-profit, academia, and international partners on ZTRA policy, ensuring the authorities, concerns, and equities of the DoD, CIO, and ZT PfMO are accurately and effectively represented. Required Qualifications: Experience working for an OSD level organization or as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service is highly desired. At a minimum, the candidate is required to possess the qualities and skills commensurate with said experiences. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message. Must be a US Citizen, hold a current DoD TS/SCI Clearance. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
