Job Description Job Description Hiring Immediately for Security Guard positions located in St. Albans, VT. These positions are Direct Hire opportunities with our client!

As a Security Guard you will be responsible to open and close facility, respond to emergency calls when warehouse is closed, perform security patrols of designated areas on foot, watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles, permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits, observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property, investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, monitor loss prevention, and provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

The shift for this position is Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. Must be flexible and available for overtime.

Pay Details: 18.75 to 20.00 per hour
