Job Title: Ultrasound Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Supervisor to join our team in Burlington, VT. This day shift position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and enhance our ultrasound services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor ultrasound staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations of the ultrasound department, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, and vascular exams.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for accurate imaging and reporting.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and accreditation standards.
• Participate in staff training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• ARDMS certification in Ultrasound required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ultrasound technology, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and imaging protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
