Travel $107.50, Local Rates: $102.50: 51-100 Mile, $97.50: 50 miles or less. Seeking RN Nurse supervisor/administrator Candidate needs to be a renal dialysis nurse with recent experience as a dialysis unit / supervisor. experience managing a unit, including performance management & knowledge of management of quality outcomes and Dialysis regulations will only accept candidates for 26 weeks, Supervisor must have a minimum of recent 6 months of dialysis experience Outpatient chronic dialysis unit manager for Joy Dr. Dialysis Location 8/12H's rotating 40h per week. Can start ANY Monday. ASAP Starts only please. MANAGERIAL / LEADER ROLE License or proof it is in process must be included with the submission packet. EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. You can apply for VT license at time of offer; IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.
