Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Estimation: Provide accurate and detailed estimates for large-scale HVAC projects.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the design-build team to ensure project specifications are met.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with diverse audiences including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC estimating.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC field.

  • Proficiency in design-build projects.
  • Experience across a variety of project types.
