We are currently hiring for Optical Manufacturing - 3 Days a week - Night shift!

Position: Optical Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Starting Pay: $17.05/hr (with potential for production bonuses!

Job Description

What You'll Do:
As an Optical Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an integral role in our production team. Based on department needs, your duties may include tasks such as:

• Bench/Mounters: Inserting lenses into frames, edging, beveling, tinting, and ensuring lenses meet correct power, axis, and prism standards.
• Inspection: Checking frames and lenses for cosmetic and optical defects using ANSI standards.
• Surface: Handling lens surface processes like taping, blocking, generating, coating, and polishing.
• AR Department: Operating the AR Coating Machine, sorting and inspecting lenses, and ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Have a willingness to learn and grow (no specific education or experience required, though optical or manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Can read and write English proficiently.
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
