Clearance: Top Secret clearance + Polygraph Job Description:
Applies extensive subject matter expertise to address both common and complex business issues, recommending suitable alternatives. Handles problems of varying complexity and scope, and may lead teams or projects, guiding activities and facilitating information validation and decision-making. Uses independent judgment to identify and select solutions, managing unique situations effectively. Seeks advice for decisions on complex business matters when necessary. Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data, escalating issues to higher-level support and management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding and communicating their needs to HPE.
- Handle hardware support tasks, including installation, configuration, proactive maintenance, and repairs, collaborating with ASM on technical deliverables.
- Resolve most technical incidents independently and work with the team on more complex issues.
- Proactively identify and alert management to potential escalations and provide solutions to prevent future problems.
- Apply HPE solutions to address moderately complex customer needs and balance internal and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for additional services that could drive future revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with management in assigned accounts. Required:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance with polygraph required at time of hire
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 2-3 years working experience in related fields desired.
- Must be comfortable working on-site M-F at customer location near Salt Lake City. Desired Skills:
- A good understanding of HPE Cray platform server components, removal and replacement.
- Thorough knowledge of company products and service offerings, company organization, third party products and market trends.
- Communicate tactfully with diplomacy up to senior management levels within an organization.
- Active listening skills and ability to adjust messages to audience level.
- Able to employ exemplary consulting skills by becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and providing clarity to solution determination.
- Provide suggestions for operational efficiencies.
- Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative).
