Salary Range based on Unique BCBA position chosen:
$80,000-$104,000

Qualifications and Skills:
Active BCBA Certification
Current Utah State Licensure
Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA
Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Updated CAQH profile
Experience working with a variety of age ranges and skill levels in ABA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
Comfortable learning our data collection software

Responsibilities:
Conduct the initial assessment and ongoing assessments for every assigned client and develop individual programs tailored to meet the client's needs.
Provide high-quality, interactive ABA services to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.
Provide collaborative and supportive supervision to RBTs working with clients on your caseload.
Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) to train staff on the implementation of programs and plans that the BCBA has developed.
Meet with client caregivers at least monthly to review progress and ensure collaboration with all stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
