The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA has an immediate need for a Program Manager to support the onsite SPA team at Hill AFB, UT . The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system. Responsibilities SPA is looking for a Program Manager to support Minuteman III to Sentinel transition and deployment activities accountable to the Integration Support Contract (ISC) Sentinel Infrastructure and Deployment Division. Daily responsibilities include supporting the Sentinel Government and Support Contract team in the creation, review, assessment of documents, and briefings, Deployment modeling analysis, and various other tasks in support of the transition from Minuteman III to Sentinel. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office programs; ensure accuracy and completeness of content, recommending corrective actions and providing support to programmatic and technical briefings, reports and other related documentation; and be able to facilitate and execute internal and external meetings to support the program and represent Transition and Deployment in working groups with government customers and outside agencies. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Weapon System and be fluent in Minuteman III maintenance and/or operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen with active Secret (or higher) security clearance. 10 yrs experience in direct Program Management (8 yrs with master's degree). ICBM Maintenance or Operations Experience. Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Logistics, Business, Management, Technical or Construction field. Active Top Secret clearance & SCI Eligible. Understand comprehensive logistics & management activities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Recent (within 5 years) ICBM experience with time at Numbered Air Force, Major Command, or Headquarters Air Force levels.
