T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Senior IT Project Manager to support the Hill Component Enterprise Data Center IT Operations and Maintenance Services program located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. For any candidates not already local to the Ogden, UT area, T-Rex is offering a relocation support package to assist with moving costs. Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Proactively address challenges and obstacles, adapting strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones effectively to leadership and project sponsors.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within project teams.
Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and effective problem-solving.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and performance of IT solutions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Provide significant Project Management support to the AvSS A-10 Teamcenter. This organization requires significant support to ensure that the Teamcenter Information Systems (IS) hosted at the Hill CEDC deliver rapid technology advancements to the warfighter. This individual will provide project management aimed at expedited IS hosting support.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with five (5) or more years of related professional experience. A Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience or a PhD and 0+ years of experience may be substituted.
Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
