Job description

Kearney & Company is seeking an Air Force Logistics Senior Trainer to join our team! The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Training Team and interact with and train users in support of the sustainment of MRO. Other responsibilities may include: Providing end-user trainings, currently in the maintenance and financial fields Ensuring training supports and meets the learning objectives as established by the Government Participating in specific Government-directed immersion activities to increase trainer readiness. Conducting training in person in a lecture style facility or a computer-equipped classroom facility depending on the role of the end-user Deliver training content provided by the Government in accordance with the implementation schedule, training materials may include: Slideshow presentations Computer Based Training (CBTs) Hands-on scenarios developed for a Production level environment Student guides Job aids Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of teaching or training experience Teaching certification or a current Curriculum Design certification or experience providing training in an industrial, business, or professional setting Candidate must be willing and able to travel Ability to brief and communicate effectively with senior leaders and managers Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship) Preferred Qualifications Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise or experience (Oracle preferred) Experience working with Air Force logistics systems a plus IMPRESA Labor Standard Data System (E046B) KADENZA Lean Depot Management System (LDMS) KCO1701 Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
